I got a different one shortly after reselling this one that had no spark either

@@brokeanbrokengarage8494 Mine has the 4.10 gears and right now 225/70/15 tires and around town I get 15-16 mpg, I love it, easy to park and drive, the only thing is mine has the crappy A4LD automatic trans that I plan on swapping for the 5 speed trans soon.

@ did you adjust the preload before installing them? Basically the spring level on the threads is your preload settings. The bottom shock mount twisting adjusts the height, and the knob under the hood is your rebound setting for how fast the shock will rebound after absorbing a bump so a soft setting isn’t making your shocks softer it’s making it rebound slower. Preload should be set up to where you rotate the locking rings until the spring cannot move on the shock rod, plus about three rotations equaling the thickness of the c-wrench.

Hope to have everything by February to finish this up!! Got some stuff I may be Able to do to start pushing forward on the truck to here soon

2 valve is 2 valves per cylinder where as the 03 04 cobra and Mach 1 was a 4 valve motor or a new coyote as well….. 32 valve v8 versus a 16 valve v8 there is also three valve mustangs as well which is a 24 valve engine

@@DunDun2212 I can explain it better if you’d like…. 2 valve motors have 1 exhaust and 1 intake valve allowing the engine to breath and release through only two valves. On a v8 that equals 16 total valves 2 per cylinder/head…. Where as a 3 valve (Saleen mustangs typically s197 mustangs) have dual intake and a larger singular exhaust valve. Past 2010 all v8 mustang engines became 4 valve which only the 03 and 04 cobras and mach1 had and cobra platform from 1994 to 2004. The 4 valve design allows for much more efficiency in the engine. Two intake two exhaust. Makes more horsepower and ability to run higher compression. In 03 and 04 the cobra and the Mach 1 had the only 4 valve engines although they were different… the Mach 1 utilized an aluminum block where as the cobra from 2003 and 04 used an iron block because they were boosted applications. Those cobras were dubbed terminators due to the Camaro stopping production in 2002…. They also were lower in compression to handle the supercharged boost. They were rated 390 from ford as stock but were closer the 425 hp from the factory and capable of reaching nearly 1200 hp without doing anything to the internals(pistons and rods etc….) because they already had forged internals versus normal cast internals. All of this was made possible by the naturally aspirated ford racing 5.4litre cobra r motor from 2000 which inspired all modular 4 valve engines that came after it….. as far as understanding you need to look at pictures to get the full idea. Which I’m sure google can do for you! I absolutely love mustangs and have owned quite a few. It’s definitely my favorite car of all time…. I didn’t even mention the fpc engines they are making now but that is for a different time lol.

@@busarob3679 I got QA1 cradles on both of them the help a lot with room underneath the car, then both the cars have eBay long tubes no leaks or anything out them if your on budget eBay ones work fine sound good as the bbk or other brands

I need a whole engine. I bought a roller. Had a 2v in it but a guy sent to much nos down it’s throat, 🤣.

@@busarob3679 right that will do it, the only spot I had that hit is where the o2 sensor go just a cupel taps on the body’s and it go right in and no problem

What’s the small port on the manifold for that’s right under where the tb mounts? Passenger side. Don’t see a need for it or a plug that was in the kit.

@@pineir open long tubes is definitely louder but not a very good sound to just drive around with

@@pineir in general this is a video I uploaded recently that has a black mustang with long tubes on it and the straight piped one comparing them again
