As a 20 yr bodybuilder, nutritionist, i can safely say that OP, or other brands of whey that contain concentrate, are worthless. You might as well drink powdered milk. Please chose pure whey protein isolate.

@@kronk420 Milk is the worst thing you can have. LACTOSE IS BAD FOR YOUR BODY. It prevents you from digesting other proteins, and thickness your skin. Calcium is the word you're looking for. Not milk. Ask ANY fitness professional if milk is good for you. It's incredible for babies and kids, because they still have the enzyme to digest milk. But after puberty, adults lose the enzyme that helps digest lactose, and therefore all fitness experts avoid it. There are so many calcium rich foods that are more effective than milk for adults.
