B King clutch lever works great

The B-King clutch lever mounted and working in all adjustable positions
Hi there, I have b-22h clutch lever for my 2017 s1000r with cruise control. Can you please what size of the longer screw because mine is missing when I purchase second hand.? Thank you
I found a really quick and easy way to install the actuation pin into the rubber bush. When you pull it out (while removing the old lever) leave the rubber in a kind of inside-out inverted state. It then stays like that. Then when you install the new level, just hold the rubber between your thumb and finger and install. Viola!
We'll test that out on our next install, that's clever Rob!
@@pazzogmail8728 let us know how you get on! I just installed your levers on my Tuono and they're really good. Now I just need to search for a replacement brembo push rod (the bit that goes into that rubber boot) as I want to see if I can adjust the free play by lengthening it slightly...
Turns out I need the Corsa Corta brembo master to have control of the idle play :)
This is the video! This is it! Great work!
Tip for getting the push rod into the rubber boot, use some small circlip pliers to hold the boot open. Makes it very easy to do :)
👍✌️
Do they fit the 2020 R1250 GSA
Yes! The B-77/C-75 adapters fit R1250 GS models up to 2020.
I appreciate your help
Thank you so much for this video, liked the fact that emphasized the measuring w caliper, had not seen that in other videos. Just installed my new #wildatheart 2- finger clutch and brake lever, amazing!! Keep up the good work!!!
Couldn’t you make the video in a wind tunnel for better sound quality 🤷♂️
Excellent commentary on how critical the adjustment is. I watched several other videos on lever replacement and none of them mentioned this critical aspect. Thank you so much.
Thanks for that video you the first person who showed it to us
Man I lost the ball bearing! Do you know the size?
It’s a 1/8th chromed steel ball. 👆 (3.175 mm)
@@scudafi thanks so much!
Would i be able to put a clutch lever end onto the brake side? Obviously the mounting parts are different as one takes a cable and one works the hydraulics for the brakes but i am only talking about the lever bit that comes in different colours. I only ask because mine is scuffed and i have seen a cheap lever but don't want to buy it to find out i can't. I know the adjuster can be flipped but are the lever ends the same on both sides?
Short answer is yes, as long as its a Pazzo Racing lever. Other brands are not compatible with our adapters. Our Blades are universal to fit on all our adapters. I hope that answers your question. If not just send us an email (sales@pazzoracing.com) and I will explain further.
Use two paper clips and an extra pair of hands to do it in seconds 😉
Just did the math. Makes total sense. Had I had 2 paper clips and helper it would have been done in seconds. Great observation. Well done
Hello this is very helpful. I want to retain my spares. But have you any idea how to remove the cam from the standard lever? I have ordered some Pazzo levers from speedycom in the Uk. Fantastic quality 😍
You are the man , right on point, no BS, No extra irrelevant talk, that is the way video should be, thanks man 😀
F-11 AND F-99 ARE THE SAME?
Hey! Why did you stop the engine? Why don't you put into N simple?
Tamás Szalai just to make the video shorter. Finding N takes time and also to show that the bikes starts in all different lever positions.
Circlips are one-time use and need to be replaced once removed. They're so cheap, you should never re-use them, especially not on your levers.
Awesome video and tips on swapping levers - I tried with the paper clip trick to no avail, then i decided to expand the clip bend a u shape into it and make a slight hook on each end, then use it as a reverse pair of tweezers to hold the boot while the clip was "open" inside the hole and then once the plunger was in place squeeze the clip to release the boot. Worked like a charm.
Excellent video sir! Many Thanks
Great, clear video. Thanks for the clear images and the in specific descriptions.
Very easy. Thanks for pointing out the microswitch details. I guess it can be too much for excited first time installers...
This was perfect for my '14 Monster 1200. Best video I found. Thanks for the help. My Chinese levers did not include the drift, and I improvised with a screw from my stash, and a punch. For fitting the pin in the rubber boot, jam in in like you mean it. Not too fast or slow, gets the end of the pin through the opening semi easy, then use the paper clip as shown to adjust the boot.
This is by far the best Levers replace video for BMW R 1200 LC on youtube, you should change the title, you`d get more views. Thank you very much for posting this
Has brembo written on his shirt, installs some other branded pazzo levers on the bike! Ironic😂
Mile hunter 93 Repsol Honda shirt for a Repsol Honda bike. It’s that simple. You’re overthinking it.
We also make levers for Brembo master cylinders. for instance, all Ducati levers are Brembo master cylinders
You rock. Awesome vid, I'll be installing with confidence tomorrow. Cheers!
I would really like to know how you removed the 2mm screw in the side of the barrel so easily as I've found it impossible & the BMW mechanic said BMW use a red substance with minute beads to lock the threads in place & you would need to heat it to soften it up but that your likely to melt something. Plus BMW don't sell the barrel, screw & plunger separately.
I did not fully remove the 2mm screw. At 2:25 of the video you'll see I just cracked it loose no issues at all. It just has to be loose, not all the way out. I did not have to heat up anything, I cracked it loose without issue.
Thanks. I found your video the best on RUclips showing & explaining clearly how to replace the levers which is why I was trying myself., I did hear the crack when I played it first time round. I'll buy a decent T handle 2mm Alan keyed driver & give another go.
Just like to thank you Marcus for your video. I asked my BMW dealer in the UK if they would change my levers when doing a service but they wouldn't saying they didn't have a spare lever in stock if something went wrong. Apparently you can't buy the barrel, plunger & 2mm grub screw separately, they make you buy the master cylinder with them. After buying a digital calliper & a decent T handled 2mm screw driver & following your video I managed to change my levers today. The brake screw I cracked opened but the clutch I needed to use my wife's hairdryer before it would come undone. My measurements were practically identical 40.5mm & 38.3mm on my BMW R1200R LC. Once again Marcus thanks for your help, great video.
Where can I buy a replacement actuator tab?? cannot find it anywhere
very clear and easy install. Just need the right tools. I used sockets instead of the wrench. Good to know about the cruise and quick shifter. I would have likely bent those had you not emphasized them. Thank you +1 thumbs up
I cant get the clutch pivot bolt out any tip? on my 2016 s1000r
Huh, what’s that about, it’s a lever install, the MS wasn’t changed, so why show or talk about it?
Sometimes previous owners change or upgrade master cylinders and the new owner does not realize it. So I decided to show the difference to make sure the current owner is aware of this minor detail. Happens more often than you think.
Thank you for the support
Great video. Very helpful and thorough. The levers look pretty good as well! Just installed a set on my S1000R. Thanks!
I own the company and if you go directly to the PazzoRacing.com website there is a Red Powder coated option. www.pazzoracing.com/build_step2.html. Just follow the pull down menus to the next page and you'll see it in the lower left hand corner. Trust me I know, I put it there.
Just installed these on my 2016 replacing cheap Chinese levers. The good: Easy install and my cruise control works again The bad: The price. The machining marks are horrible. The cheap Chinese levers look a lot better. The red is not red, it is burgundy. I can't think of a bike these would match. If you are ordering to match red, do not do it, order plain black instead.
R. S. You should maybe have gone with the Red Powder coated option instead. It's a bright Ducati red if you're trying to match colors. Machining marks are what is called a jeweled finish. It's actually takes longer and costs more to do them like that. It gives them a zebra stripe effect when the sunlight hits the levers at a certain angle. So hence they are machined like that for a reason.
There isn't a red powder coated option on their website. And the finish doesn't look like any of the examples I see when I google "jeweled metal finish". There is no pattern to the marks, they just look like back and forth marks left by machining the part. The marks weren't a surprise, but they do look cheap and not quite finished.
R. S. Send us an email and I can send you hundreds of pics of the Red Powder coated levers. Please do your homework before you slag on our product.
sorry, I go to your website, and do your "build and buy lever" tool and there is not a powder coated red option. The only options are "GOLD LEVER, BURGUNDY RED LEVER (NOT DUCATI RED), SILVER LEVER, GREEN LEVER, BLACK LEVER, BLUE LEVER, and TITANIUM LEVER". Maybe if there are more options you should update your website instead of keeping them a secret. I did my homework, maybe you should hire someone to build a better website. How about you post a link to your powder coated products?
R. S. How is possible then that we sold a set of Red Powder coated yesterday on the website. Send us an email and I will show you how's it's done.
Just bought a slightly used pair of Pazzo folding levers (almost new) for my S1000R. The folding mechanism is extremely tight, but Im sure they will fold in a crash... Just wondering if they're supposed to be that tight? I've tried others (don't know the brand) that you could pretty much flick up with one finger...
It's important to remember that the folding levers are designed for racers. The design is such that they will likely fold up upon impact to spare the rest of the assembly, and potentially your hand. Too loose and it could cause issues when making fast and or jerky movements while the Brake or Clutch lever is pulled in. The last thing one would want is another "surprise" variable in an already reactive situation.
Sounds about right:) Better too tight than too loose ;) Anyways... Levers are installed and the clutch now feels like it's supposed to feel. Stock lever was horrible. + it now looks waaay better. Thanks!
Here a note. If you have had the clutch lever/ perch recall done on your 2014 or older model, you might now need the B-22H adapter. With the recall work complete the bike now has a (2015-up) clutch lever on it. Meaning it also has the larger diameter bolt. Easy check is. OEM clutch lever off, if you can push the bushing/collar out by hand you'll need our part# B-22. If the bushing is pressed into the lever you'll need our Part# B-22H, just like it's explained in the video
Will the H fit the 2017?
Yes the B-22H fits on the 2015 thru 2017.
Did as you have said but after one ride my cable went slack I have do it as you have said is this ok ,
Have these on my bike, so awesome. Thanks for the instructional video for people who aren't super mechanically minded like me :)
Superb video. Thanks for demystifying the whole CC/QS microswitch issue.
I just received my levers, but Ive yet to install them. I heard a rumor that the quick shifter switch on the clutch lever may not work properly after install? Any insight into this?
Excellent instructions, clear audio, clean video. Thanks!
I am surprise about that you are not using any kind of locktide??
that fit on s1000xr
Windy day!
Thanks for the video! Perfect instructions. Took about 5 minutes to do both levers on my S1000R. Great levers!
well thats the one and only video that explains perfectly why u cant use all levers on all bikes (s1r&rr) thanks guys, now i understand the issue. too bad i live in europe, otherwise i wouldve ordered something from your store. still appreciate the video!
Thanks for the great video, install my Pazzo shorty in 20 minute no problem at all.
