Hey Steph! The app has been great for business and personal use. I use it for weddings and events. WiFi or Cellular data is required because it upload the Photobooth strips to an album within the company’s server. The SimpleBooth app makes it really easy to see all the photos taken and send the link to the album at the end of the event.

It comes with 3ft cables. I upgraded the length of my cables by buying some on Amazon. They have lengths anywhere from 3-100ft on Amazon

Hey Emily! Sorry for the late reply. I do not yet! I really want to invest in the DNP Printer and get a WiFi hotspot for it to connect to. I’m researching more on it. It’s just a $2K investment that I’ve been holding out on since people have been loving the digital copies for insta and other platforms.

I would try to flip it upside down and get as much powder as you can out. After doing that I’d turn on the unit and start the warming up (A button) while keeping an eye on it. When it comes to the target temperature you can press the B,C,or D buttons to run the units and see if the powder sparks out. Lemme know if that helps. I personally haven’t done it before. Cheers!

SB Classic is only available on iPad I believe. And it’s a flat fee of $99 for unlimited usage. There IS the SimpleBooth App available on the iPhone but I think it’s only for viewing galleries that you’ve set up via SB Classic or Halo (SimpleBooth’s monthly subscription photo booth service). I use dmx cables so I can make sure that ALL sparklers go off at the same time. I’ve found that if I have all set to the same remote, then there would be at least one of the units not going off with the other units. It looks weird when 3/4 units go off. So in response I choose to depend on dmx.

Dang that's unfortunate!! Yeah the I've heard some units have had some trouble. I hope you get that claim or the units work for you again! I clean out my units after my events every time to be sure that they don't have any remaining powder sitting in the unit. Cheers!

Hey DJ! I set my channels to "A001" and operate everything off one remote by setting one unit to Host (L- -H) and the rest mirrored (LN-H). Hope that helps man! Lemme know if you have any more questions! Cheers!

Hey CrystalVape. The cords should come with your purchase of the units but you should have DMX cables (if you want to daisy chain the units together) and Powercon Cables (can choose to have the daisy chained version or not)

Sorry for the late reply. Just found out that we’re having our first kid on the way and lost track of comment replies. Hmmmm. I haven’t had that problem yet and I’m not sure about the fuse. I would check the voltage that you have running to it and also the fuse that you replace it with. Welcome to give me a call if you’d like as well. I don’t know much about electrical fuses/voltage etc but I’ll do my best to help.

Hey StingerTV, sorry for the late reply. Just found out we’re having our first kid and lost track of replying to comments.. I’m not sure, I’m following about the foam pads from the three fans. I had protective foam coverings when the units were delivered but I removed these when using the units. I’m not sure if that’s what you’re referring to.. Sorry if I’m misunderstanding you.

@@timbrownproductions11 Congrats on your kid. Iam referring to the pads you see inside the fan vents in the plastic housing.

@@stingertv9759 ahhh got it!! Yeah those are good for acting as a filter so nothing unintentionally goes inside the unit, keeps it dry, etc. Granted they are not absolutely necessary but it does help prevent anything outside come inside.

Hey Rajan! Sorry for the late reply, my wife and I found out we’re having our first kid and I’ve been falling behind on replying to comments. I think I’ve seen a fault code as well for two reasons. At one of my events, the cold sparklers were close to getting a little moisture and I think it did give me a F1 error code. I think it was precautionary and cooled down automatically. Another time I let the unit run a long time (running all the way thru a bag of powder) and it gave me an error code. My conclusion was that sometimes the units might be cautious of moisture (electricity and water - not a good mix) or running too hot (overheating - not a good mix). I just learn from my experience, and try to make sure these units perform (monitor for moisture and overheating) and alway always always CLEAN the unit by running all the powder out of the units. Hey Rose! Sorry for the late late reply. My wife and I found out that we’re about to have a kid and have been late to RUclips responses. I’m thinking it might be a couple things… (1) Check if it’s in a different “gallery album” - SimpleBooth categorizes in “galleries” and the photos couple be in another collection. (2) Check if the WiFi is connected - I’ve had events where the WiFi connection dropped and the photos are held up in a “QUEUE” and you just have to go into the unsent photos. And press re-send. (3) Check your iPhoto collection if they are saving there at least. I always save at least the photo strips to iPhotos, that way if anything happens the photos can be sent later to the event coordinator at least. Hope that helps and Sorry for the late reply!!

Right now it’s only the logo that you can upload. If you buy the license (monthly service via simple booth) I believe you can change the prompt logo design as well! Hope that helps!!

Hey 3Dsoundz, the Host Unit should be set to “LN-H” (Host) and then the rest of the units should be set to “L- -H” (Slave). Once you connect the DMX cables OUT from the Host and IN to the slaved units (continue however many units you have), then they should all mirror the first unit or Host. Hopefully that helps! Sorry for the late reply. My wife just found out we’re expecting a little one and have been trying to catch up on comments. :) (1) DMX : First thing I’d make sure that the DMX cable goes from “OUT” to “IN” (which I’m sure you’ve done) (2) Make sure the setting for the Host setting is “LN-H” and the rest of the units are in the mirrored setting “L- -H” ^^ I have another video that helps explain this (ruclips.net/video/L4NGnbfT-MU/видео.html) “How to fix VEVOR Cold Sparklers”

And as far as the 1 unit losing it’s temperature.. (1) check to make sure the powder isn’t clogged. (2) it might be a bad heating unit and you might need to contact VEVOR unfortunately. Heating elements go as time elapses. Like a hot tub’s heating coils, once the heating element is bad then it needs to be replaced. The good thing is that you bought it recently and can talk with VEVOR to see if there’s something they can do about replacements. Sorry I can’t help more! Thanks for your questions!

@@timbrownproductions11 Thank you for the reply and congratulations for the good news. All 4 units are working perfectly well, i guess they just had to go thru that first run cycle. Now the question is how to run them with dmx because i asked the vevor support and they are not helpful any at all, their manual doesn't have any dmx channel info either. For now I'm using the remotes.

Are you trying to run them to a DMX Controller? Or are you running them all off one remote? I haven’t attempted it with a controller but I would think if you want the units to have different timings you could manually change the DMX Channel on the back. Just haven’t gotten to that point yet because I’m a one-stop-shop wedding & event DJ. Haha. If you’re able to get it to work lemme know! Cheers

I’m sure there is a case that is smaller for a two units. Just make sure you select one that fits the dimensions of your cold sparkler unit. For example the 500Watt Unit measures: 8 x 7.3 x 10" (20 x 18.6 x 26 cm) And the 700Watt Unit measures: 9 x 7.6 x 12" (22.9 x 19.3 x 30.5cm) Pelican has a great selection and measurement calculator. Just make sure you add room for cushion/insulation when you measure for you units.

Hey Justin. Sorry just now getting to your comment. My wife and I just found out we’re expecting a little one and haven’t gotten to all the comments. Check this RUclips video (ruclips.net/video/L4NGnbfT-MU/видео.html) might help explain everything. I had the same thing happen to me when I started. The units are capable of being pair with any of the remotes, so to get around this I just used the DMX cables, and made one unit the Host (LN-H) and the rest mirrored (L- -H). The video I linked is one I made to help walk anyone thru the process of daisy chaining the DMX cable.

Hey GFire, yes and no the machines do continuous fire as long as there’s powder. For the VEVOR cold Sparklers, You can press the B, C, or D buttons to turn it on and then if you want to conserve the powder you can press the respective button again to turn it off. So you can use it as long as you want but conserving the powder for the duration of the event is the way I usually go. Hope this helps man! Cheers!

I’m wondering if the outlet you plugged into is producing enough power for the unit. My unit is 500Watt so you could probably check that. But Sorry I haven’t come across that issue yet! Hey Karefreeonthebeat, I think the far left machine had some powder left in the unit from a previous use, which made the gears spin slower, and not use as much powder. In regards to wattage, I’m currently in the making of another video - Comparing the VEVOR 500W vs 700W Cold Sparklers. I’ve just been a little tied up. But there is definitely a difference. The 700 Watt is a bigger machine and felt like it burned a little hotter, which is good for the machine to burn all the remaining powder. I’ll be sure to post it soon.
