Hi, the current Eel Pie Club is based at The Cabbage Patch pub in London Road, Twickenham, which is only a short walk from Eel Pie Island. The original club was held in an old hotel on the island that burnt down in 1971.

@@ChrisBurgess-gd5jv Thank you for that. I moved from the area many years ago and had read of the fact it had closed but did not recall why. Saw some great bands in the late 60's and up to 1970.

Yvo, several musicians who played on Eel Pie Island have performed at the Eel Pie Club, and Gina, who runs the club, was a regular there in the 60s, including seeing the Stones in 1963.
