BTW for those contemplating getting their products, be very careful if you are thiking of getting from TB. I've used one since the start of May 2024. It's great value but definitely falls down in a few areas.... a) The elevation data is not accurate to the point that sometimes it is 400m+ lower in elevation gain than what Strava, Garmin and Wahoo think the route is. b)The clock goes to 00:00 at midday when set to am/pm. c)The map tracking function is poor at best. If you're in an unfamiliar area it won't even help you navigate to the start of the gpx route. Now the upsides.... 1. The battery life is excellent 2. It works amazingly with the Magene Radar 3. It connects quickly and there is never connectivity issues (even with indoor trainers) 4. The screen customisation is excellent 5. Screen is still easy to read in bright sunlight 6. Great value (features/quality vs cost)

It's good when you have a long ride, I ever pumped 4 times in 200km routes it so much wasting my energy just for pumping.

Bought these 2 shoes from @thebikesettlement First shoes is the @shimanoroad RC 702 Second is the @lakecycling Lake CX 333 Both are GREAT shoes. Like AMAZING great. But I definitely have some likes and dislikes about them and here’s my take on both of these shoes. SHIMANO VS LAKE - FIT - • this shimano is a mid tier shoe which does absolutely everything a higher tier shoe can and will. comparing to Lake CX 333 which is a higher end shoe, its relatively comparable with some drawbacks such as the foot bed not as nicely supporting my arches. But negotiable. • Shimano has a narrower toe box as compared to lake, even for their RC903 models. Despite the “Wide Fit” of Shimano, the lake is still wider. - COMFORT - Just don’t even get me started on the kangaroo leather of the Lake. Impossible to compare. it’s SO DAMN SOFT. especially after using it for awhile. 我的天… - PRICE - Lake has cheaper options, you don’t have to get the cx333. It would be more comparable if I compared to a shimano RC 903 but even then, the lake is still $100 more expensive. - COLOUR - I would say Shimano does colour better. Lake abit more uncle colour IYKYK. Shimano more modern design. I guess overall, you win some you lose some. There are so many other personal factors such as “feel” and “power transfer” but it’s all relative to how one feels with the shoe. No matter what anyone says, White is Pro. Is okay.

I love cycling in Singapore! The roads are safe and smooth, there's an eclectic mix of people enjoying the sport, there are plenty of good cafes for coffee breaks and there are some terrific bunch rides. You don't need to spend a fortune to enjoy the sport, but if you can afford it, why not!
