I have valvetronic full titanium on mine, could not be happier.

No point in doing a sound comparison when you’re not driving the same road, with the same mic location and at the same time of the day. I like apples better than oranges. 🤪

really like Secret Weapon, it sounds the same as the R1, Gintani, the snores are very similar.

Is it just me or does the Gintani and R1 sound F-1, while the valvetronic sounds more cup car Interesting how the same car sounds can be altered Curious - these are all cat-back I assume? Aka keeping mothership Porsche happy for warranty purposes?

BimmerWorld’s GTMore exhaust is the same as the MagnaFlow and AWE Track exhaust. Got it for $1200 and it sounds amazing on my M4. Cold starts are wildly loud though 😂

I have the Valvetronic EL midpipe with ARM catted DPs and the stock muffler on my G87 and it sounds great. Hard to capture on camera because it is loud with the valves fully open (Thanks SST for the valve controller) but by far my favorite set up. I dont care about where it came from and all that. It does have a good smooth deep tone, no rasp, and great fitment. My X3M with catless DPs and Active EL kills me at 2K rpms. I might just swap it for a Valvetronic single.

Valvetronic Equal length single midpipe with stock dp and stock muffler seems to be the one.. AA equal length midpipe with stock dp/ARM dp's and stock muffler is also a great choice. Each other option I have heard just sounds like a weed wacker

LOL.. Valvetronic is #1? its just made in china exhaust(expensive for what it is) that's loud but doesn't have a well defined tone. All the other exhaust mentioned are far better than the Valvetronic.

I have just 3rd cat delete + valve controller setting the valve to 100% open on mine. $600 in parts and it sounds like basically all of these (except valvtronic which also has catless headers) I think the stock exhaust is already basically a straight pipe. not much variation in how things sound with just a backbox change. the real change comes from 3rd cat delete or valve controller or catless headers

I have a Fabspeed on my gt4, which I love, but I thought the Dundon sounded best. The valveytronic I thought sounded like a Honda with a sport exhaust.

Unfair comparison. Valvetronic has catless headers. The rest would sound much better if they had similar setups. Issues with O2 sensor on the Valvetronic. Do your research.
