N.W.A. Movie coming
Straight Outta Compton is to be the title of a new movie project about N.W.A., the famous rapgroup that invented gangster rap according to many. The project will chronicle the rise and fall of the rap group, founded by Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube and MC Ren. New Line Cinema will release the motion picture and is actively searching for a director along the lines of Curtis Hanson, who directed Eminems project 8 Mile. Dr. Dre and Ice Cube will help produce the film, along with Tomica Wright (Eazy-Es widow) and Circle of Confusion Entertainment.
