i dont feel anything in the nose lol its a lie
i've been around cats all my life and i've always meowing to them and i have a cat for 8 years so i think im trying to hard when i already have it. mines is NOT in the nose at all its actually stuck in between the hard and soft palate. I dont FEEL no buzz at all near the resonators unless i push it harder.
I can't do the second one, way too embarrassing 😭

Pray for me please, I'm headed back to rehab. The Lord knows I'm a good person! Always have been just have made the wrong decisions a lot of the time. Anyway threw the program at the Salvation army Ft. Lauderdale, was my first time a Calvary in '17. I just felt so welcome! I remember my first time there I thought it was going to be an AA meeting and on the walk in one of my friends said it's church, and I almost didn't go in, but I did and I loved it!
You have such a beautiful voice! Whitney Houston is one of my favorites. Have you ever tried singing any of her songs? Do you think you could try one? This song "Defender" will always be my favorite though. I can relate a lot to it. We miss you at worship!

I have a question: Where are you supposed to feel it? My main problem with these exercises is knowing whether I am doing them right.
Red Rose7 great question. If you are doing these exercise you she specifically feel it behind the nose. If you put both index fingers on each side of the nose you should feel a buzz. Hope that helps

Anxiety is a hard enemy to fight. Sometimes you just lay down and feel this deep wrenching in your stomach and you just can't stop thoughts after thoughts of things that you think may happen. Its SCARY actually. Its just you whose feeling that way while everybody's fine and normal but in the inside you're actually screaming at the top of your lungs, desperate to see if someone actually could see how off you are but in end no one notices. And you're just there standing and dying inside.
I have never had someone explain it so mirrored to the way I have experienced it personally. Marana I pray the Lord shows you how deeply loved you are and that you have VICTORY, it will not rule you! You will rule it, and what the enemy intended for evil, God will use it for good.

I'm so glad to know Jesus healed you! I've been going through something similar for, ironically, the same time frame as you, but it's been getting better and I feel the Lord is going to give me the opportunity to clear things up soon. I to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I have been dealing with this since I was a child. They are absolutely horrible to go threw! For a while I drowned that pain in alcohol. That only made it worse. I hit bottom about 19 months ago and totally turned my will and life over to the Lord. Today I am working again, paying rent again and the anxiety and panic attacks are greatly reduced! I do take Padilla and visteril for it. But asking the Lord to take the driver's seat saved me! Praise the Lord! :-)
That song also means a lot to me. After losing my best friend and days later my brother in 2010 my life was he'll up until 5/30/17 when I found Jesus! He has picked up my broken pieces and is putting me back together!

Omg this is amazing!! Congrats. I have a voice disorder called Spasmodic Dysphonia and it is directly related with my emotions so if I am upset, anxious, sad or just angry my voice gets squeezed. I have developed good technique in my singing and my speech has improved a lot but I do have anxiety and I can't seem to relax when it acts up. My breathing pattern changes, I shake sometimes too with fear. How did you recover from your anxiety? Did you do any kind of bioenergetics or some sort of catharsis therapy? Would love to talk to you about it
