What you're looking for may be track 14 on "Cool Cuts" aka Nintendo 64 cool cuts it's also on Nintendo 64 soundtrack greatest hits I was wrong about something like this fairly recently so I'm not going to make any assumptions, (ok, looks like it's the same track on original cuts, so never mind that)
Yeah this one track really got around despite "not making it into the game" (I dunno anything about searching the contents of cartridges or decomp stuff so I can't confirm for sure...maybe it's even still in some release version somewhere)
I usually don't make this mistake, but I got caught up in trying to find it and replied before I finished watching the video, you said it right after I stopped to search and replied, so, sorry about that. It's all really interesting stuff, I knew about the track but I had no idea it might have been in the game at some point, the cool cuts CD does have some unused Pilotwings 64 music that I haven't heard anywhere else either

It's the one I mainly use for footage in this video, and a bunch of people have uploaded it. It's crazy 5/8 fusion jazz and I'm so curious where THAT one comes from too 😬

This might be a bit of a random request, but could you do a remix of Underground Zone from Sonic 2 8-But with Sky Chase Zone? I think I remember seeing somewhere that Sky Chase was originally meant for Rock World, so it in theory could possibly work.
