Yes you can brotha , keep up the good work 🤝🏻.
Thanks for sharing, Shelby! ❤
Ripper video Tim - You'll crack the 18min 5k very soon mate. Hoping your Mara block goes to plan & you hit that sub 3 🙌
Thanks Matt! All the best for your ultra at the Prom too!
Great video! Time to go write out my goals for 2025!
Thank you! All the best for your 2025 running goals! - Scott
Great job, cool glasses 😎
It’s a great walking shoe. I especially like that the 30 has a lot of toe room. The 29 was a bit too narrow in the toes. .
These are awesome shoes. I find them comfy
Hi. I just recently got a Garmin and I was looking to learn things. This video helped. Quick question. When you did this test, you chose lactate test but you let the warmup and cooldown to be as much as you wanted? Cos for me it says warmup for 10-15 mins. May be it’s up to us how long we want to do? The lactate test itself was 4 by 4 mins of various intensities like fartlek
Now Garmin has removed this test, and after every run it already detects a threshold, and it's fun, every day it's a guess 😂 Yesterday it showed me 185bpm, when my maximum heart rate I've ever had in my life was 193 😁
Parkrun is a race 😜 Good effort trying to go for the win 👌
Check out the Gt-2000 12 I’m thinking about trying them out too…
Legend!
Thanks Tim. I just did the test for the first time. When I got to “failure” on the second 3 min block, I got a message saying “test completed” but it did not tell me my threshold pace or HR. When I saved it did not give a message, and nothing on Garmin connect either. Have you ever come across this ? Is it reasonable for me to assume that my final completed block represents my LT HR and pace (it seems about right based on recent 10Km race)?
That's cool! Well done! 🎉
I bought a 680 v8 yesterday 110 gbp rrp i dont think these are proper running shoes far too soft
I haven’t tested the v8 out yet. Thanks for the feedback!
You have a awesome support crew
Great honest video. Great effort and achievement.
Beware if you want a Half Marathon PB on this course next year, it seems the course is slightly short. Mine and nearly everyone else that I looked at on Strava who did it measured slightly short, so now strava doesn't count it as my PB!!
That was great fun, thanks Tim! You definitely made me a few minutes quicker.
The montage 🥺😭
Awww 😢 God's got this! He is there for you every step of the way! ❤
How the last 5ks in a marathon is absolutely no parkrun… 😵
thanks for your lovely review. you deserve more views :)
I do have wide feet too, hence HUGE difficulties in finding the right ones for me. What other models would you recommend for wide feet runners? Thanks 🙂
This is awesome
So great! Very happy for you, Shelby and your coach, Tim!🎉
Doing great, Shelby! Woohoo!
Go Shelby!! 🤯
Fantastic to hear mate 👍
не понял, а что бегаешь то? куда спешишь?
Great running
Congratulations on a new pb man!🎉
Congrats on the PB! I'm curious why did you say the Ballarat Marathon is so much better than the Melbourne one?
I think it was mostly the mix of it still being super competitive without it being too overcrowded. The organisers were amazing and it was a really fast and enjoyable course despite the hill at the start and end 🙂
@@fourrunningshoes6770 Yeah Melbourne Marathon is crazy crowded.
Nooo that’s so tragic your laces got undone :((
Great stuff, hope to see more melb running content
NUMERO UNO 🎉
66 euros on sale noe
Quality run congrats. 🙌 🎉
Congratulations on the pb 💪🎉
I just ran my first sub 4 at London. Dial in the carb loading and mental side and you will smash it
Great run, Tim! Love the video, well done Shelby! Was great to see your cheering squad as well! 🎉
Top three cheers: 3:41: “RUN LIKE I’M CHASING YOU!” 3:10: “RUN LIKE THERE’S A SALE ON FLUORESCENT YELLOW SHOES!” 3:26: “RUN LIKE YOU HAD 10 COFFEES THIS MORNING!”
Great video Tim and the crew! Keep them coming. Sub 90mins is a cracking effort. Looking forward to seeing the sub 3 Mara next year mate, you'll smash it 💪 I'll have to give Ballarat a crack in '25!
Fantastic to be there ! An adventure to see it happen - well run Tim 👍🏻 Thanks a heap for the invite Tim & Shelby, was a really fun weekend 🎉
Wow Tim! Amazing effort. You've inspired me to run Ballarat one day
i think you can do easy sub 4hour dude, you got this, race day vibes
I appreciate the confidence! - Scott
Have you tried the Superblast? I have both Cumulus and Nimbus 26 and I prefer the Cumulus more. I'll be trying the Saucony Triumph 22 when it comes out May 1 👌
You're an inspiration mate
I like watching your vids. Im a runner of a long time lol. Im in NZ im 44. Getting better with age. But, my long runs are 15km :-)
That's great! I think you'll be surprised how easy it is to get from 15km to 21km. (Much easier than going from 0-5km!). All the best, I hope you're having fun with it :) - Scott
Happy birthday 👌
