Nothing like blasting past the most difficult part without comment. Reinstalling the clip.
Lmaoo it’s literally reverse of disassembling. Replace all parts with new parts from the kit🤦🏽♂️
Well. Doesn’t make a difference anyway. Figured it out by myself with my own hands and one small screwdriver. No need for the ridiculous double picks and 2 sets of hands after all.

power steering pump shit the bed... looks like this is in my future since stealership has them on backorder for over a month, maybe ill get a second working pump out of it if I reseal it! Thank you for the great visual

What sort of front brake rotors and turbo intake are you running?
Now I have the Corksport bbk and some generic blanks. Bnrs3 with jbr 3 inch intake. Also have both Corksport manifolds

How did you get the 10mm hose over the pipe fitting (14mm compressing fitting) on the pipe between the reservoir and the cooler? Lots of brute force or is there some trick?
If I remember correctly, the kit comes with a whole new line to replace the pipe line and also a union fitting for the new hose and 10mm hose

My hardline is leaking and this cooler is 6 week backorder. What size hose did you use, i am wondering if i can just bypass the hardline cooler until i get the replacement. Otherwise i have to add 12 oz everytime i drive.
Can’t remember off the top of my head but you can email damondmotorsports for the size. I wouldn’t recommend running it without a cooler. You have the chance of damaging your rack or power steering pump. If anything just replace the hardline with new hose and keep the stock cooler until it’s back in stock. You can also buy a universal oil cooler and make your own kit.
@@smgarage3110 They are on back order for 6+ weeks. i picked up a crappy one from autozone for $19. the hard line is 1/2" and the autozone was 3/8" so i had to stop at home depot and pick up a 1/2 to 3/8 barb fitting

Did this replace the whole entire pressure line or did it just attach where the other cooler left off
