Me trying to excersize each day but always hurting myself and getting downed:

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.” God saw how sinful we are, and because He loves us ***so*** much, He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to come down to earth and save us, born as both human and God, born humbly in a stable. Jesus isn’t a prophet. He is GOD! Jesus is God in the living flesh. Jesus came down to earth to do one main thing: die on the cross for our sins. The will of the Father (God). So He did. Jesus was hung up on the cross for our sins, He took the punishment on Himself so we can be set free and forgiven and made clean by His blood. We didn’t deserve it, but because Jesus loves us so much, He willingly sacrificed His own life for us! And it wasn’t just a death on the cross. Jesus was beaten, mocked, and betrayed. They put a crown of thrones on His head, forced Him to carry His cross up a hill (it wasn’t a small cross), and His disciples left Him (one of them betrayed Him). We deserved to have *this* punishment. But Jesus Christ sacrificed Himself so that we don’t have to suffer this punishment. They put Jesus in a tomb and rolled a large stone in front of the entrance. But three days later, something amazing happened! Jesus Christ rose from the dead three days later! That’s right. God rose Jesus from the dead. It might be hard to believe this but this is 100% true! Jesus conquered death itself, not even death could hold Him! And that’s how we truly know that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Now, the eternal life part. How do we get eternal life? This is very important. I now, eternal life isn’t that we live here on earth forever, but it’s when we die, we live in Heaven forever, where there’s no sin, no sadness, and all happiness (we'll be with Jesus!!). If we want that, we must put out full **trust** in Jesus. If we’re going through something hard, trust Him, and He will make all your paths straight. Next, is we must truly **believe** that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and rose from the dead on the third day. Next, we must **confess** that Jesus is **Lord**. He is our Lord and Savior. We must also **confess** our sins to God/Jesus. Acknowledge your sins (sin is bad stuff we do that separates us from God), know that you have done wrong, and ask God for forgiveness. God will forgive all sins (except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, which is rejecting Him completely and feeling no remorse, care, or guilt whatsoever). Must also **repent**. Repenting is *VERY* essential if you want eternal life in Heaven. Repenting is the act of asking God for forgiveness and turning away completely from that sin and never coming back to it. An apology is not enough. It’s like your friend stole money from you, they say sorry but they still continue to steal money. You would want them to stop because they don’t really mean they’re sorry. That’s repenting. Turning away from your sin. Accept Jesus into your heart and you will be saved if you followed the steps I listed. Jesus loves you. Jesus loves me. Jesus loves everybody! Be like Jesus. Full of love, kindness, mercy, peace, and gentleness. How do we talk to Him? Pray. How do you pray? It doesn’t even have to be so grand and whatever, you simply just, like, talk to God in your mind. God is All-Knowing, All-Powerful, and is everywhere (it’s hard to explain the ‘everywhere’ part). Jesus is coming back soon, we must have faith in Him! Believing alone isn’t enough. It’s faith. Faith without works/action is dead. You can’t just talk the talk, but you must also walk the walk. Jesus is coming back very soon. We must all be ready for the Rapture (which is basically the time Jesus comes back to earth and takes all those who have faith in Him into Heaven). Nobody knows when Jesus will come back. Only God knows. His coming will be like a thief in the night; He comes back when we least expect it. So we must be ready. If you are reading this, I wanna say that Christianity isn’t just a religion, but an entire way of life. The Bible (God’s Word) says that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Nobody can come to the Father except through Him (Jesus). God bless you brother/sister in Christ. I hope that you have a wonderful day/night, and that you consider this all. It’s like a huge cool tutorial on how to live your live with holiness and how to be like Jesus and more! I recommend reading it, it’s really cool! (Everything in the Bible is true). So yeah. Yeah flips can be rough I made a signature flip today it was off a haybale and since I jumped it was about 6ft up and I did the flip it was awesome but when I landed my heels barley tapped the ground than I slammed onto my back, luckily since I do parkour I was able to land safer than any normal person but still hurt since I slammed onto my back
