This Watchtower Bible and Tract Society is nothing more than a society of volunteers who are dedicated to a cult initiated by a greedy lawyer who saw a diamond in the rough. A printing company loaded with volunteers who work for nothing and made him a prosperous tycoon of the dirty thirties. He lived in luxury, an alcoholic bully who swindled control of the humble Bible students world wide following. He turned it into a Company. He legally called it his and controlled every bit of it but said it was a non profit religion. He travelled and lived like a millionaire book publisher and gave the title “publishers“ to his minions to make them feel important and keep them working like slaves. A mind bending manipulator who filled them with fear of dying at Armageddon if they so much as looked outside the prison he built for them to live in. He sent them into dangerous mob-like situations he himself cunningly instigated in order to garner support for his “religion” as a persecuted minority. This was an evil manipulative man who loved money and power and wanted it all for himself. Cadillacs, million dollar mansions in California, beautiful apartments in New York and other parts of the world. This is where this modern day “dooms day” religion has its roots. Nothing more needs to be said.

While every one of those prophesies are connected they all are fulfilled at different times, not at the same time. For example….the smashing of the image by the rock hewn out of the mountain happens a thousand years before the ride of the horsemen and Armageddon. BTW…none of the prophesies have started yet except the one at Matt. 24: 6-9. We are seeing the distress of the world like a pregnant woman in childbirth….but the end is not yet. What could possibly be coming as new-born? How about the millennium….the thousand year reign after the devil is thrown into the abyss (Rev20)

Their brainwashing method is so clear once I am out. The whole reading the paragraphs in the publication then answering the question at the bottom that corresponds with the same paragraph. The answer they want you to give is in the paragraph. It is not from your hear or your own thought, it is from what they are telling you to believe. So sad. I feel so stupid for not having seen it when i was a member.

Watchtower was so much more fun back in the 70s and 80s. It started to go downhill with their new Bible encyclopedia travesty, that horrid Insight book. The Aid book was awesome. Today they're all about feelings, hardly any Bible study, not even much seriousness. The GB seem like they're trying to do comedy routines. Granted Freddie could be funny but at least the guy was actually writing the books. Going for the Mormon model i think.

As a non Witness, but with a background in Bible studies, I agree with the Witnesses that nowhere in the Bible is Jesus referred to as Almighty God. But the ‘Firstborn- OF ALL CREATION’ No matter what way you ‘Trinitarians’ try to twist scripture, it just doesn’t stack up. They believe all other Christians are of Satan, (which they call Christendom) and doomed to destruction. If they question these false beliefs their governing body order all JW'S, including their own families to shun them. They obey in fear, as the governing body claim to be God's only channel on earth.
