I don't remember exactly but I think they are almost the same height. I had Scultures Enel before. If you'll choose one, go for the Figuarts for better details and more accessories. 🙂

If there's a Toei sticker in the box, it is authentic. If you bought it without a box, you can base it on the fine details of the figure. Usually, the knock-off figure looks bad. Hope it helps. 🙂
