How thick is the acrylic glass? ⅛ or ¼?
My cabinet arrived yesterday, and after 17 years of being locked away, my full set of vintage SW figures with numerous variants, are finally on display to be enjoyed! There is no better way to display and enjoy them. Thanks Drew for bringing these cabinets to the market, so collectors can display their pride and joy to the fullest. A couple of pics have been posted on your FB page 👍🏻
This one is definitely on my wish list - would love to replace my existing table in my mancave with this amazing display case. Really enjoyed watching the build & seeing all the craftsmanship that went into the design. A+
How is the display unit affixed to the wall? I’m gearing up to order one, and I’ve watched your video on how to build the unit, but would find it useful to know how it is hung. Thanks 👍🏻
Hey there, the unit comes with instructions on hanging and is complete with four wall fixings for both solid or plasterboard walls. 👍🏻👍🏻
I love these but unfortunately finding space has proved problematic! I first made contact with you about 3 years ago or so, and you emailed me a pdf of your range. And wow, that range has really expanded! I’ve just looked through your website again to remind myself that having one of these is out of reach 🙁 when I see you have a Slimline offering now (which I have found a space for and the boss has given her blessing on the location too… ) - is this the slimline version you’ve used here in your video? 👍🏻
I have four options available at this size. All on the website.
Is there an acrylic sheet that covers the whole front?
Not on this one, for two reasons; 1. It’s so massive it’s very awkward and would get scratched taking it on and off. 2. The figure cases already have UV protection so it’s not necessary. It also allows the opportunity for them to be made available worldwide.
I bought one of these cases and it looks absolutely stunning with the graded figures inside. The build quality, design and flexibility of display is second to none. Big thank you to Drew who knocked it out of the park once again! 👌👍🔥
