Happy Canada Day. Full trip on route 86A Scarborough from Toronto Zoo to Kennedy Stn on 2007 Orion VII NG HEV 1294. I was going to do the 116 but in all fairness this was better to do I didn't even think I was going to finish the whole route.

I rode 8300 last almost 2 months ago as Route 36B from Bramalea Bus Term to Bramalea GO
The 60 is way too slow. I think the 960 running all day is way better. And 60A runs all the time so it's no issue.
These OG Hybrids use to serve on Bay Street in downtown Toronto near Union Station when the route was the number 6 Bay and 35 Jane was based out of Arrow Division.

The 2005 MiWay retired after they served Mississauga for almost 20 years and they were delivered to Mississauga 20 years after the Scarborough RT Line opened in 1985. The 2006 MiWay also retired during the same time period. Both of these Mississauga series have retired around the time the TTC was closing down the Scarborough RT Line that opened back in March 1985. I remembered I wanted to take the 2005 MiWay on 3 BLOOR during the holidays in 2019 and 2022 and the 2007 MiWay on 3 BLOOR in September 2022 since I will be living in Mississauga for college and work.

They actually leased a mixture of D40LF and D40LFRs second hand. These leased buses came from a variety of operators (i.e. London Transit, Hamilton Street, even two from DRT themselves).
I can't wait to ride 8444. I haven't ridden that unit in some years
