Hello parents! Welcome to "The MomSchool" , I am Dr. Fatima, an educator by passion, a PhD in Management by education but most importantly a mama of 2 kids, a lively daughter(6) and an adorable baby(10 months).
I have a passion for learning and sharing , worked as a coordinator in a school of national repute, conducted workshops on creative thinking , worked as a lecturer cum mentor in a b-school, but with my 2nd baby on board, I have turned to RUclips to continue my passion for shared learning.This channel is about my journey of ups and downs of parenting and how I handle it all by taking a little help from my professional experience and my biggest teachers-my kids :)

Hi can I Introduce flash cards to 17months old to toddler
Hi! Yes u can of animals,birds,colors etc as far as alphabets or numbers are concerned I have personally delayed it as I want my kid to focus on identifying things which he observes around him first or other tangible things, and kept alphabets for later on (at 2yrs), this forces me to focus and work upon other skills rather than taking the easy way out and starting academics early. My older one is 7 now and I hv seen it doesn't matter how early u start teaching abcs, i would rather suggest reading storybooks with lots of pictures and simple words instead. If u r keen, I would suggest sandpaper letter cards🙂
