I have seen this clip in 9gag, wyhen it was first released. This was the first time in my life I witnessed the potential for improvement in human body through dedication and discipline. Today I'm the one trying to dunk myself. I'm 6'3 at 30 years old and I always come back to this clip. Thank bruh. obs.: bruh dropped this masterpiece and disappeared. Does anyone know about bruh?

You have to cuff the ball if your hands are too small. The biggest issue being under 6 feet and dunking is many people can't grip the ball and they have to cuff it to dunk. Look at Spud Web he cuffed the ball when he dunked and you have to get way higher when you cuff the ball in order to dunk. I could grab the rim but very rarly dunked. Why because my vertical wasn't high enough to cuff the ball when dunking and I have short arms. So would need a vertical of 38 inches to touch the rim at the height I got to. If you are 5'7 and have a decent standing reach you will be able to dunk. Bugs was only 5'3 but technically was longer than me because he had a 7'4 standing reach. Im several inches taller than Bogues but have a shorter standing reach. Which makes it easier for him to dunk. However I could grip the ball because my hands are very wide which most people couldn't do under 6 feet.

i was able to dunk the ball when i was 21 already, i never did think i was going to be able to do it, but i did it, i was playing with my best friend at the time, and al the sudden i did dunk the ball, i even was able to do it with both hands, it was awesome, i miss the old days, and i also miss the old NBA

I could jump higher In my early 30s then in my teens due to years of heavy heavy squat lifting deep down as low as I could go. 415-420 pounds weighing under 200. Im now in my 50s all the jump training wasn’t around when I was young I tried everything I could get my hands on from strength shoes to plyometrics. I would love to know the entire ritual on what this kid did? Does he think hi 30s for a vertical jump is obtainable to most high school athletes? There were times when the guys that 40 inch hops and literally smoked crack just made the being able to jump out the gym thing seem pretty unfair!

What training did u do?

I’m 5’5" and a tennis player (imagine that). The amount of work you put in is inspiring. Luckily, I have the great example of Diego Schwartzman who is a professional tennis player at 5’5". Your video just goes to show how hard work is worth more than talent. Congratulations.
