That’s right, you may only play AC7 on PS5 using PSVR1 and the “free” PSVR1 to PS5 adapter kit.

It does! I’m using it in this video on my PS5! Assuming it’s the PS4 version of course and not the Xbox version of the hotas.

Unfortunately PSVR 2 is not backwards compatible with PSVR 1 games. I recorded this using PSVR 1 headset on PS5 using the supplied camera adapter Sony sent out for free around the launch of the PS5.

This footage was captured on my PS5. It is a PS4 game and is running on PSVR 1 using the adapter Sony sent out for free to PSVR1 owners who purchased a PS5.

There’s a mode within the game for VR. So the game loads up “flat” THEN you select VR mode from main menu. Hope this helps!

Nope, only playable with PSVR and only a few missiond. A full Ace Combat game with PSVR2 would be awesome. Because the few missions with PSVR1 are amazing

@@And1__ The issue was that in this video they were able to make a title match within Exhibition. I can't do that. I think something was changed in an update after this video was made...as you HAVE to create a Federation, and then set your Champions. Which is weird in its own right because if you go into "My Profile", you can create titles right there....but you can't use them.

@@TheViper4Life u can only use them if there assigned to somebody but when u assign one...... u will see when u go to pick a fighter the belt icon by there name.... once u select them the option will come up to put the belt on the line!

Thanks man, takes some getting used to compared to the classics, but I’ve enjoyed it. It certainly has very clean art style!

Depends on how much you already own, I was able to get the thrust master joystick for 30 bucks for PS4, already owned PSVR and Ace Combat goes on sale for 10 bucks often. The VR portion of the game is a short experience, but also an experience unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.

I can assure you I was not using a mouse, this was my first time playing and getting used to everything. Never played before this so I can’t comment on the curser behavior. Maybe it’s different now after a few updates? You’ll have to let me know!

Its not the vr actually. The game renders on a lower resolution to keep the frames.
