enjoy wasting half an hour walking from point a to b in the game :) console commands aren't really required, all you need to do is to freeze time with the console after you get past those 2 doors you're pretty much set loose, oh yeah also use a pip-boy mod otherwise good luck, you need to attend your 10th birthday party to get it the way todd intended

upgrades: Fuel Cell Regulator: 05:33 Fuel Cell Controller: 16:44 T-Ray's Adjustments: 27:49 Ratch's Blower: 28:45 The grav-plates require you to beat the game first then get your car stolen for the first time in New Reno, so therefore they're not included
