I absolutely love the Nordic Rage! I am thinking two more seasons and I will have one! I haven't seen any with trim tabs, not needed?
why put a 1700 pound engine and drive in there. I think for 200,000 could have had the same power in a lighter engine? Not hating as guys put big block engines in VW bugs
The issue with marine is longevity you can easily get that kind of power out of a smaller engine, sure, but not one that can run under heavy load at w.o.t. for hours on end every year.
That is a TON of engine for a 21' lmao. I was just thinking to myself how cool a 1350 would be in like a 28ft mid 90's Scarab, and then I ran across this lol,

Not a dumb question. It vents the prop so it will slip getting out of the hole, not overly needed for this application but this drive probably came off a cat where they use the vents the most....

what are low speeds like in the ss? cruising at 30-40mph.
We love our NORDIC Evolution 100% wood free boat. It's a fast, but super solid bow rider that comfortably fits our family of 6 and all our gear.
