feels like a nice vacation house but for me lack of privacy is a no for me that price.
Not sure about allowing the shadow of the transformer on the power pole in the video. If I was going to spend $22 mil I wouldn’t want to see power poles.
the neighbours will impact the value of this house, aint no comps gonna look like 20 mill when you have trailers next to you lot

Haha yes, it appears your eyes have deceived you! 😅 The property is situated on a gentle sloping hill with neighboring houses. Not sure where you saw a cliff on this one. (Although other houses do have cliff side living without railings, this isn’t one of them). Safety nets are also installed for additional precaution. @@ExpoluxSD Lolol Touche'. Let me rephrase.. when I said "cliff" I didn't mean the side of a mountain or hill.. I meant there is a clear LEDGE with a substantial drop that surrounds at least two sides of the court.
