Wouldn't RM's ultimate clash against Fugue's exo-toughness ability?For Rappa you'll want to increase her stack as much as possible for more dmg. I personally haven't seen any of those videos yet but wouldn't increasing their weakness break be detrimental to rappa because she wouldn't be able to stack her ability?HMC should still be better for super break unless Fugue's exo toughness still triggers even if the enemies are still in the effect of RM's bloom.
