Hi horror movie fans, I made Samara/ Sadako and her TV as a Monster high couple. This repaint was inspired by the phrase “if you love it so much why don’t you marry it”. pan pastel is Really saturated, guache and watercolor pencils give range to the body of the paint, using mr superclear in layers also helps❤ Why is miniature painting so cathartic? I did a dojo and waterfall painting that was a 1in by 2in rectangle. So fun, love this vid and editing. Great job!!

@aquameow 😊 thank you. I 3d sculpted it on my iPad and printed it. It took a couple of tries but worth it.

This is my first video of yours, and I subscribed. You did a fantastic job sculpting and coloring her. I have never seen the straightener used to hear the thermoplastic. It looks to be much easier than the hairdryer or heat gun method. I just loved your shading techniques. Thank you for sharing your work with us! God bless!

Just subscribed! What was the name of the glue you mentioned at the end when affixing her tail. Oobla glue? And did i hear you correctly that the nail glue you used is called D'base or Debase? Loving your work, you are so talented and have given me so many ideas on how to execute and translate my concepts into real materials. PS- "Epaulette" has a typo, there's no "t" at the end. Fun fact, it's the French word for shoulder, and comes from the Latin "spatula" for shoulder blade! Spatula- epaule- epaulette. Pretty cool!
Thank you so much. The glue I used was UHU glue all-purpose glue, and I think you're hearing Worbla a thermoplastic. I used to make the head and armor. Thank you for letting me know. I love a good fun fact!

@Bohopunkz you're very welcome hun, it was definitely amazing when I finished watching it too! Talented people make me so happy and emosh 😩 lol, I also decided to get into doll customising and I have the dolls and equipment but haven't been able to start yet. (Not the reason I haven't started but) I just can't compete with the creativity level you guys have to come up with these ideas lol my brain only works so far and then peaces ✌🏾 out hehe. 😅 Keep up this awesomeness girly! 🥰
Thank you so much but All of our first dolls were very simple dolls. Some are not very good.So please don't feel pressured to keep up with us. We're years in with plenty of mistakes and achievements. I believe in you and the doll art community is very welcoming and helpful.
@@Bohopunkz bless you I understand totally hun. It's just getting ideas that I struggle with. I used to have so many years ago but was never allowed to be myself so it stifled my creativity. It's also very hard when you want to try so many creative outlets and can't just pick and focus on one 😅. But hopefully one day I'll get there.
