By the way, the Erhu is a two-stringed bowed instrument that originated in China over one thousand years ago. The Erhu is also referred to as the Chinese violin, despite the fact that the Erhu came first and it's held like a cello. If you go to China and listen to traditional music live, chances are that you will see at least one Erhu playing. Not common in America, but can be seen in China.
