Hey KC! Lovely and cosy vlog as usual ❤ you being confused about how to pronounce the name of the cheese cracked me up 😂 it’s an unnecessarily difficult pronunciation so don’t feel bad! Lol. It’s pronounced kind of like “Lest-ah”, so basically the middle syllable is useless 😆 I was just in the US on a trip and had to pick up a Trader Joe’s vanilla pumpkin candle and some spiced chai, but I could’ve easily bought most of the store!!! Hey! I'm so sorry to hear you are having intense vertigo lately. My husband went through the same thing in the Spring, it was non-stop vertigo. After they tested his blood pressure and asked about other things they ruled out that his balance crystals were probably just out of place. I don't remember the exact terms but it's these crystals in your ear that detect your motions and stuff. Anyway they taught us how to do "balance therapy" at home and the vertigo went away within a week. The moves are called Epley Maneuver.. It's totally safe to do at home and your husband can just be there to help you through it because you'll feel the vertigo as your doing it because the crystals are moving back into place... I hope this helps!
