If you burn a tree containing cesium, particularly radioactive cesium like Cesium-137, the burning process would release the radioactive material into the air, significantly increasing the risk of radiation exposure to anyone nearby due to inhalation and potential contamination of the surrounding environment; this is a serious hazard and should be avoided at all costs. Key points to remember: Cesium uptake by trees: Plants, including trees, can absorb cesium from the soil, especially radioactive forms like Cesium-137, which can accumulate in the plant tissues. Radiation release during burning: When a contaminated tree burns, the cesium is released into the air as smoke and ash, exposing anyone nearby to potentially harmful radiation. Health risks: Inhaling radioactive cesium can lead to internal contamination, increasing the risk of cancer and other health issues depending on the amount of exposure. Forest fire risks: In such areas, a forest fire could release large amounts of radioactive material into the atmosphere, posing a serious health risk.

Civil servants in Japan have administrative law rights and knowledge of the Japan Constitution by agency authority. The abuse of the Civil Affairs Bureau, as question of inaction in documentation, is a conflict of law with foreign states and immigration law of Japan.

Of course this dude wrote for NK News. He lied about people defecting to the North. Many soldiers who were appalled about the war crimes the US did against the Koreans, they decided to defect and join the anti-imperialism side. Please read the book "Patriots Traitors and Empires" to know about the true history of the Korean peninsula and the awful war crimes Japan and the US did against the Korean people.

Not trying to make their job easier. But, wouldn't it make more sense to try to abduct actual Korean immigrants already living in Japan than Japanese citizens? I would imagine it would a more difficult for Japanese to teach North Koreans their language without actually knowing Korean first.
