Being able to be parried is a massive nerf, especially since you can parry with an opened hand. You'll only be killing more inexperienced players this way.

Bro, me and my buddy just loaded up the dlc, walked over to the forest to the right of spawn, and got invaded by someone using this. Not even 10 minutes later, someone invaded using a weapon that fukin impales people to the ground, then a whole bunch of other things. If you want to play with a friend, non-stop invasions with bullshit weapons is all the dlc is.

This was on NG+7 and my build wasn't even optimized lol

The only tactics i see is to use colossal weapons and/or heavy armor with 101 poise to break through this mf's attack

I cannot wait for the backhand blade to get nerfed into the ground. I played pvp when I got the dlc on my main character, and over half of the people I played against had the backhand blade. I decided to start a new game to keep me occupied until this weapon is balanced
