Making Paneer Cheese and Palak Paneer Curry
By making your own paneer are paying 80% less! That’s a huge saving! 250g paneer in a grocery store = $10, you are paying $2 for 200g powder milk that will make the 250g of paneer (I did add the vinegar as 50g costs close to nothing)
Have you made any cheeses in your TM6? You can make cottage cheese, ricotta and even haloumi!

How did you keep the vegies hot while you cooked the sauce? And what was cooking in the steamer?

I kept them in a Thermoserver to keep them hot. Potatoes were cooking in simmering basket and more veggies is the big steamer - Veroma.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Although our family of 15 are not vegan (quite the opposite) I love your humility and simplicity. I recently bought the TM6 (my parents bought us a second one for Christmas for obvious reasons. I’m determined to make it work for my family (I’m pretty stubborn so I know I will). I am subscribed to Thermomixing For Eight. You have a beautiful personality. Well done on the video.

Thank you 😭 I didn’t go ahead with more videos (obviously) until today 🤣 only just saw your comment! I was about to delete the pantry video as found it so cringy but after reading your comment decided to keep it 🤣 thank you so much and hoping you’re still loving your Thermie 😍
