How do you feel about the additional costs associated with the additional locations? For example, the additional S.A. account costs $5k/yr. There are other economies of scale that go away: discounts on phone lines, CPA/bookkeeper, insurance, bulk purchases of equipment and parts, etc. Do these costs bother you or is it justified because you can have clean books and hold each location accountable for P&L? Thanks for your input

God only needs you to be the best father and husband as you possibly can. We all make unwise decisions through our adventures…. And then WE GROW STRONGER. The money pile will come…. But time takes our young families into adulthood FAST…. Focus on love and your business will grow as God’s plan.

Dude, it is amazing to be able to see this from someone who has an idea of the systems PRIOR to being a brand new franchisee. These young men have SUCH a foot up! It's all up to them to take those steps needed to further their lives! Now what was this young man's test score? Haha Edit: I would love to see a shop walk-through. It would help give me ideas for layouts of my shop area ( I know it doesn't move the needle for me at my size but practices started when you are small generally tend to stay as you grow.)
