It's because when u add the server it says allow resource pack so u gotta click it until it says enable tip: read all the stuff like terms and conditions before playing :/

Hmm you must go to .minecraft and find serverresourcepack folder delete bddc or something I cant remember :D Just delete all of it :D it would work this time

Hello BatoPotato now hypixel server has decrease blocking dead signal a little or sometime hypixel too lag to confirm your resourcepack status anything you have to do is delete the server and re-add again / go to server-resourcepack in .minecraft and delete blocking dead resourcepack (I can't remember name) and they don't forget to enable the server request resourcepack
I cant find the resource pack anywhere i have deleted and got it back but it still doenst work
