Thanks to Gord Trenhom Marmot Basin is able to show the stages of the Canadian Rockies Quad Chairlift being built. This lift is the longest in the Rockies and is a great addition to Marmot Basin!

@Justin3515 246mitch is actualy wrong it is a skiable area accesable from the eagle ridge chair it is a hike that is about 15 minutes straight up from the exit of the chair and i believe it is called cornice also halfway up there is a run called thunder bowl hope i helped

Been to Marmot Basin when I was 16, 8 years ago. Best place I've been to. And I can compare. I've been to Sweden (Tärnaby & Hemavan), Norway (Trysil), Austria (St. Anton) etc. I'm from Finland. This vid brings some nostalgia! Sure wouldn't mind to go to MB again.

Fantastic, Thank You. I have been checking out the lower webcam with the construction of the base of the lift. Good job done ! I hope to sell my house in this next year and if I do, I will be coming to do the CASI course at Marmot Basin. I need snow in my life for the full season so I believe becoming an instructor is the way for me. Hope all is going well for the opening !
