We are getting in new IBEX RVS1 and RVS2 they have a back patio deck, keep an eye out for them.

yes, It is on the back wall over the window. The hookup is on the ceiling and the wall mount will go into the back wall.

⁠@@timschwarz9385it was. You wouldn’t happen to know what the pin box is for one of these, would you? Mine came with a 20K Reese Goosebox and after trying really hard to be open minded for the last few thousand miles I’m going to be removing it and would like to go back to a standard kingpin. Unfortunately I can’t find a Dealer near me remotely interested in ripping this annoyance off and replacing with a stock pin box.

They go by weight, there are several different ones you can get. I would check with your local dealer as to what size is best for you. I don't want to say this is best for you as your truck is not at our shop. @@roundsm18

Hi Dave, Most 1/2 ton truck can haul 9k and more now, and we always check to make sure before and we can also install Equalizer hitch to take out the wag. Thanks for your comment, and please stop in and talk to Matt or Lamont on your towing needs. 608-339-2300

I've pulled a few different rv trailers with my half ton gmc with trailer package. anything over 5700 lbs dry weight is getting to be too much for a half ton. dont let the salesmen fool you!!! I agree with Dave above comment.

@@timschwarz9385 Hi Tim, I solved my 1/2 ton towing problem by moving to a 3/4 ton with 6.5 ft bed. The extra foot in length, increase in CCC, and 1000 lbs of the TV has solved 80% of the tail wagging the dog problem I had even with my 26 foot trailer with a 4700 lb unladen weight and well adjusted WDH. Towing 200 miles locally is one thing. Going on a long trips on interstates with semis blowing past at 70mph and /or notable head/side wind is NOT a good time with a half-ton. Driving skill is CRITICAL even for the short trips, esp with a lighter or shorter truck vs a long TT. Most RV buyers don’t have a lot of experience towing and should NOT be told that the paper rating of their truck will get them there. Their SKILL and experience is all that fills in where the TV doesn’t.
