Retired after building Jeeps in Toledo Ohio for 33 1/2 years. My husband and I have a blended family of 8 grown children and 11 grandchildren. We currently live in Grand Rapids where we have one son who in in-the National Guard still living at home with his wife. Another serves as an Infantryman in Clarksville Tn where he resides with his wife of one year and they are twin brothers.
The oldest lives near us and there are 4 more in the Tn area and the last in Michigan whew is it hard keeping up with everybody.
So I thought by starting this RUclips Channel they’d be able to keep up with me and enjoy what all I’m doing along with there Dad in our retirement. My husband is also retired after 30 of building Jeeps as well. So now that you who I am, please join me on this adventure, and I’ll try not to bore you to death. It’s all in fun that I do this. Keeps me up and moving around.

It was very sad for us too. Ricky went down hill very quick after the diagnosis. Blind first then he didn’t want to eat. Then he lost his will. ❤️🩹 Thank you for commenting on this video.

I was thinking this very thing just the other day. Awww thanks for thinking about Lucy. 💜 I’ll get some video soon to post. She’s doing great loves her walks when it’s not to hot. Took my husband down last week or so going for a ground hog. Think I put that on the Great Pyrenees page.
I was diagnosed with polymyositis in March. I've had to give up gardening due to the muscle pain and weakness. I'm hoping I can resume when the medication kicks in. Thanks for sharing.
I’m sorry to hear that, i recall when i was first diagnosed. I’ve come a long way since then. I’m sticking on the same dosage of the methotrexate but I’ve gone from 40 mg all the way down to 5 of the prednisone. Yes it took that long like since last March or so. Just recently I was again feeling some weakness around the first week of May. So I made an appointment to see my Dr and get some new blood work done. Just did that yesterday and I’m waiting on the results. I’m thinking my enzymes may be slightly elevated. It’s occurred only occasionally. But enough to want to see what’s happening. I hope you start your feel better. What kind of treatment are you doing. Is it the same as me. How severe is it? ❤️🩹
@@RetiredGranny I was allergic to methotrexate so I'm now on Imuran (azathioprine). Dr. says symptoms will lessen as I gradually increase the dosage. (50 mg now 100mg). Diabeties runs in the family so I avoid prednisone use daily, but do use it when I have a flare. I'm thankful they caught it early. Is your recent weakness from a flare?

Traffic wasn’t bad really. We took the scenic route in and got too see lots of desert and mountains and Joshua trees. In the way back we took 15 I think all highway driving which wasn’t bad either. Slightly more traffic but it was Thursday

Absolutely!! Just be yourself. Costco is a great company to work for, my daughter has been there 15 years. Great benefits and insurance. And they have a big turnaround believe it or not. I ended up just working 7 months before my dr made me quit. Due to high blood pressure. And I didn’t even know it was. Hence called the silent killer.
