Thank you for the post, I have plenty of nostalgia for Pine Knob, absolutely no place like it! I grew up in Oakland County, and as a teenager, I was lucky enough to take advantage and see plenty of concerts there (John Sebastian, James Taylor and the musicians of the 1972 era). At 70, concerts were never as great as the ones that I saw there. Take advantage of the Pine Knob experience, what great memories!

So, they still have concerts at Pine Knob! I went to my first concert there in 1986 - saw Billy Ocean, who sounded great - better than his albums and he put on a great show! Doesn't look like the theater has changed much. I was seated in the middle section, like row dd or something like that! Gave me a flashback! Thanks for sharing!
