Hi, thanks for the tut! But I'm having some issues lol. --My PSP was running 6.61 infinity when I bought it and, from what I've heard, I need to downgrade using Chronoswitch to basically step down from 6.61 to 6.60 to get rid of infinity, and then update back again to just run 6.61 with no infinity. (since when I tried to permanently install ARK-4 it said I needed to uninstall infinity) So I did all of that and the downgrader popped up in my games, I press it, but at the end when it's about to downgrade, it says since my system already is running the latest version and I cannot downgrade. I've tried this like 3 times already and I know that modding a PSP is super easy but I'm stumped. Any idea what's going on?😭
@puubearii hmmm. Do you still have ark 4 on the PSP? Even if it's not fully installed, the 2 different firmwares existing might be causing an issue. You could also try going into your PSP files on your computer by plugging it into your PC. If you can find the file for infinity and just delete it that might work? I would be cautious with that second method though because if there's not a backup of the PSPs original firmware, it could brick the system. But either one of these would be my first two options to try. Let me know if either works!

@@geemoney1151 probably, but not with the method I showed. Updating it with the internet as a pain in the ass because it's a 20-year-old console, but this guy does a great tutorial on how to update it manually through the USB connection. Does the guides change continuously like the 3Ds modding ? Don’t want to brick it.
@@greeneyelightskin746 great question! The last firmware was released in 2015, there will be no more updated firmwares. This guid should work for years to come. The only thing that will change is newer versions of ark. And even then this guy will still work.

Hey guys! Sorry it took me so long to make a video with a solution. Vimm.net was pretty much sued out of existence, The website is still up but most of their game catalog is gone including the ROM I showed in this video. Here's a Short I just released with a solution to not being able to get the ROM off of vimm. If you have any more issues or questions reply to this comment and I'll do my best to answer it quickly. But there getting fucked from every direction right now by Nintendo, Sega, Sony. They'll probably be down by the end of the year

Yeah, you can't download more than one game at a time, you have to do it one by one if you're adding more than one game

i thought you tube might block it. They do that to links sometimes. Go to my page and at the bottom i have a section call " Check out these great pages" and tuber chat should be the second one. Just click it and add him and when he goes live he lets people comment and connect in the chat to grow their channel. But they have rules to participate so make sure read those in the description so they dont ban you. Hope this helps you
