My gentle and cooperative Spirit is excited! (Mama Meditation mention😁)
I'm soft launching my new online community, The Evolved, this week. While it's still in the creation stages, I'm inviting the world to join now.
I believe it's important to see progression, to witness the process. I desire to strip away the illusion that things need to be perfect and pretty to have value in the marketplace.
I also know my perfectionist Spirit would never let this baby be born out of fear and "what will people think?"

This definition of discipline feels so much better to me 🤎 I have a long way to go in some areas, but viewing discipline as an act of love for myself instead of a chore or obligation is a great mindset shift
