many patch and crack are real virus,false positif is 1 /100 real virus are 99/100. Since the last year i think u know that now lol
nothing to dl to fix that,just desable punkbuster in multiplayer option,and go in your cod4 installation and delete the foldier PB (or rename it).So its fixed.I own many server .... ve fun
