There is no problem with having a Gap Year. You can apply without maths in your high school diploma. It might harm your chances of getting a place but if your SAT math score is strong, there is no reason why you shouldn't give it a go.

@@gm6275 cause I had already studied most of the stuff required for sath math in 9th and 10th grade and with few months of additional preparation I got that score.

If you mean Accounting, Financial Management & Control then yes, it is taught in English. Chances of scholarships depend to a certain extent on the strength of other candidates as well as your own attributes. It is worth asking the question, however.

There is no answer to this question in the sense that there is a particular score that would guarantee entry. To a certain extent it depends on how strong your high school transcript is because that is equally important. A really strong transcript might mean a lower test score is acceptable. About 52:00 into this webinar we talk about this in more depth. It also depends on which programme you are wanting to study and how competitive that is. I could give you a number (and I do in the webinar) but it would be pointless without you getting the wider context.

You need either the SAT or the Bocconi test. The Bacc, IB , A levels etc. are not sufficient by themselves.

Yes, the grades from your third to last and second to last year at school will be used. Your final year grades are not used even if you apply after you have left school.

@@astarfuture2025 So bocconi is not interested in the final IB DP grade? because in the last video regarding applying to Bocconi in 2022/23 the lady stated that the school was interested in a grade above 36/45.

@@Marco-wb4dd You should be on target for at least 36 in the IB but the grade itself will not be assessed. Your earlier academic record plus performance on the SAT/Bocconi test will be used to work out whether this is realistic. I appreciate this sounds a little strange but it is the only way to ensure fairness when students are applying with all sorts of different diplomas whose final results are know at different times.

@@Marco-wb4dd there is no one way to answer this question because all school systems are different. I would say that it is worth taking the SAT or Bocconi test in any case because your result here will give you a clearer indication as to whether you are competitive. The only other way I can answer this question is just to get the best grades that you can, which is not particularly insightful.

In most European countries, engineering degrees are split into distinct BSc and MSc qualifications. It is very common to find MSc degrees taught in English but less so at BSc level. There are some, however, at Technical University of Denmark and in Germany, as well as a larger number at private universities in Spain and Italy.

Yes. No guarantee but a good chance. A level results and test scores are by far the biggest factors.

There is no answer to this question. It depends on the competition and the programme you are applying to and these can both vary from year to year. It is extremely competitive so statistically, your chances are very small and it would be unwise to assume that you would get merit-based aid. All I can suggest is that you give it a go but there is no number that could serve as a reliable guide.

Hi! I believe that you can choose the language in which you will be taking the test based on if you want to pusue your degree either in italian or in english. However I am not able to answer your last question since I am not an international student. :)

You cad take the test in either language. The reason why SATs are better is not as true as it once was. The Bocconi test in as "Italian" test designed by an Italian company and this meant that international students often found it harder to understand than the more standard SAT. Last year, the Bocconi test changed to become more like the SAT (which means more maths!). Be careful that you don't prepare for it using older materials. Another reason the SAT might be seen as better is that you can use it for applying to multiple universities whereas you can't use the Bocconi test for any other university.

Hi Tobias, there is no spring semester start for undergraduate programs. Everyone starts in September.

This is possible but extremely rare. You would need to have an excellent academic record. It is far more likely that you would receive a partial, academic scholarship or nothing at all. There is no way to know this in advance because you will only be evaluated for your suitability after submitting an application. You will also be compared to all other candidates applying at the same time.
