oi você tem que seguir o vídeo para fazer o dimensionamento (se você tiver o valor do seu peso já o dimensionamento é necessário) use a instrução de comparação peso> = 5 kg, pare a dosagem. para uma medição precisa, pare a dosagem em 4,8 kg ou 4,9 kg, então o peso a bordo será de 5 kg após cada dosagem completa de 5kg ADICIONE 5kg ao seu registro de acúmulo até atingir 100kg.

Hi from what i have i came across. Leadshine HB86 yes there is a software available and it communicates with rs232 like you said but the software is only for drive tuning on-line monitoring etc. they dont specify the addresses to write if for example you want to put the drive on a network and command it using modbus (serial communication)for example .i dont think this model of a driver i capable of that function maybe another model..did i answer you

Yes as long as your plc has 2 axis . you can use 2 plsy INSTRUCTION at the same time. But for the example above I was using DDRVA ..

everything is possible ,but i has to decelerate from1800rpm before it reverses otherwise instant reverse is going to cause problems or the drive might trip

from windows 7 ,8,10,11 they all work fine

It's not voltage that makes the stepper go faster it's frequency.but your frequency should increase gradually. Speed come from your program. The higher the voltage the more the torque

Thanks I used that to scale the 0_10v inputs perfect and easy to follow. But I need to know the postion of a shaft. From a ref point. I can take a DCNT with C251 that will count the encoder. But I need to set a start point and have it show mm.
