Be real. I enjoy the "distraction" and good offs. It's what makes you really hit home with me. My comment on your last "Idiots" video more was to limit your doubling up on clips on review and preview stuff. Otherwise, I just enjoy real true content. Put some wrenches on stuff and have friends stop by get distracted. It's real life, which I like. Gives me an in-sight to how to get my channel rolling. (Whenever that finally happens.)

To me the filler content was good but where it was falling short was the way it was filmed/presented. It felt like we weren't apart of it. What I notice on a lot of channels that grow fast is they are presented in a way that feels more inclusive. I still enjoyed it because I watch for you but I can see why people who are watching more for the projects might not have. I think once one of the cars is done you need to take it to races and events(Cleetus and Cars or race week). The uniqueness of the cars and your personality should get you some more attention and then you can release a special video so all of the new people start off with it and can share it.

How about this as a video. Hydro dipping a whole car (bug) in one go. Logistically very hard... but probably never been done before. Swimming pool or giant tanks... Maybe something there. Also... the bug is Iconic (Love it... and the jeep is awesome too) look at getting another crazy iconic car to work on... I say an old Mini so you both the biggies. Would be awesome clickbait to see the bug and a mini going head to head... Just random ideas...

I would say your best attribute is your fabrications. My favorite video types are the ones with solid DIY and doing with some filler in between. We do understand you have a day job and stuff. Just work on quality.

Just keep doing what you do. You have the subscribers that you have because of it. Don't worry about the bigger channels and what they do. People get bored watching them throw money at stupid stuff just because they can afford to. You're like the rest of us, saving money to get to the next step of your project. You spend two much time on these navel staring, self introspection videos. Be yourself. Film you welding and grinding on some POS or another. Buy a lift. Keep it real and don't mimic the big dogs. They are all moving out of fun and affordable projects and into I BOUGHT A GREAT NEW SHOP AND 3 CORVETTES, A LAMBORGHINI, AND a 1979 4 door Chevette to show you I'm still real a quirky.... Nobody but you can achieve your goals. And the last thing anybody wants to hear is "Have you tried being happy?" Ugh. Neurotypical is so boring.

I'm thinking that is you are wanting to bump things up once the bug is ready to go to the track do that then the same with the jeep do the same thing. Make a Gambler style car that you can beat up literally and then take to one of the events and go live at the event . the diesel guy does so well is because he is crazy and that shock and aww effect just my 2 cents

I'm thinking, new viewers don't know anyone by name. It seems these bigger channels have more views because they are interested in the people themselves, for example any video mentioning cletus people click because they are like oh what has crazy florida man done today.. try videos that kinda show everyone's personality.

Stay true to yourself brother. Be yourself that's what brought me here and I'm sure many others. I cant stand watching rich assholes destroy decent stuff. Honestly it really turns people away that you want in your corner. The people that watch guys like you are the ones that are building something in the garage and know your struggles because we are doing the same thing. I started my build last year and Unfortunately I cant afford to move forward right now because of a accident that ended with losing most of my left foot and part of my right. So I know where your at and that's why i click as soon as i see you post. As far as what to do i really dont know honestly but how about showing your hydro-dipping projects like step by step what goes into it how it's done PROPERLY!! Because you are amazing at dipping it really shows. You many want to think of a collaboration with a bigger channel you would get some more viewers. Someone like cleetus or PFI or boostedbois

I digg all the videos, but good idea on the change up. As to idea's how about a drag race meet with all your friends cars v's your bug and jeep.

Maybe you could get a dedicated channel car. Something that is cheap af but you can do absurd things to. Most important of all tho, have fun! The RUclips audience seems to live vicariously through you guys as content creators, so if you have fun, we all have fun! Keep grinding, I think your alot closer to success than you think!

I liked your hydro dip videos when they had crazy designs. Try maybe outsorce cars or challenges jus like the “ hearse jump”( it’s difficult I know because everyone it’s filming content for its channel)

Just a idea instead of jumping back and forth between the jeep and the bug pool all your cash into one get it done go race it what have you and just flood content on one for awhile then jump back to the other after things start to slow down love the progress video but kinda seems like alil here alil there isn't what people want to see just my thoughts

I enjoy the mix, I like that on other channels too, just appreciate a good ratio where progress isn't lost. Your Kenny skits and turbo trash can were hilarious. Nothing wrong with doing both. Well rounded is how I see it. Keeps it all fresh. The recent videos felt kind of the same. Driving in snow. Enjoyed them but maybe that's where views drop too?

I think your plans for the alternating videos is good. I know you have to see RUclips as a business but don't forgot to just post content you love. Don't let the statistics drive how you run the channel. That being said, a potential idea for you could be to buy a shit box, nothing fancy or even good, and you let the channel decide what mods go on it. Great content and community interaction. I saw a tik tokker do it

If you can get PFI to tune it, ask Brent to do a video and give your channel a shout-out. That's going to be the easiest way to pick up subscribers

Hydro dip things that should not be dipped would be cool Get yourself on other channels and do some collaborations to get some more subs
