As an islander, this was great, but Portland in Jamaica is off the charts,..not overly commercialized and absolutely stunning.
I guess I need to plan a trip to Portland in Jamaica now! Can't miss out on an "off the charts" and "absolutely stunning" destination!

Did SCUBA in 10, 9, 8 6 and 2. Sorry I missed the 5, but moved to Florida in 1979, my wages went from $9/hrs to about $2/hrs.. . BTW there are 3 islands: Aruba, Bonaire and (the famous) Curacao), dove all three. Sorry to this day, I missed the others!!!!

Nice list. My favorite (or favorites, I suppose) is St. Kitts and Nevis. Perfect combination of beaches, scenery, hiking/outdoors activities, and restaurants.
