@@Haramalmadeena-t8d i AM not expert but i think this code is not related to the problem. When you insert key should be bzzzzt sound which unlocks the steering wheel lock. If it is not making this sound it can be fault of EZS which is common in Mercedes from those years. We had a situation with w204 enter key no sound of EZS unlock go to position key acc and no symbols and of course no starting engine. Now we have emulator of EZS lock in this w204 and is working few years. But you should find your problem individually as you said some components were disconnected for cleaning and should be checked again and maybe a fuse blown during reconnection blocking the engine to start. Official star diagnosis could help you. I use diagzone and i think it is not a 100% as professional tool as star diagnosis but for me its ok for garage hobby works

@@Haramalmadeena-t8d and as i remember chassis can is not responsible for cranking engine but for abs sensors ,brakes etc interior can or engine can is related to the starting problems if i am not wrong

I have U103D2A when the car is not running (diagnosed on ignition) disappears when scanned on engine running. This i would not treat as your problem cause. You have another fault codes in EZS or Engine or SAM...?

@@zackbnz2514 my part was not making car unable to start engine. It was starting always only visual failure of instrument panel blinking icons

@@MrCopRobo there weren’t any issues with my connectors, wiring was a bit messy/ tangle which was sorted out. Maybe this may fix the issue? Probably not but we’ll just have to see

If you buy used lamps for face lift together with connectors you will get an OEM long lasting LED upgrade. Dont use those chineese LED cause they burn after 1 year. Glad video helped you.

Hello erick. I hardly found another person with this problem! If you remove the cluster there will be hidden behind a brown can bus junction block. It is facing towards you white side so don’t skip it. If you remove it get a part number and buy new at the dealer. It should cost around 25€. I will get my car fixed next month but you can risk and fix it earlier. Hope you will share your comment. Part number behind cluster A0009820012 for the future help to someone.

Na samochodzie.. Gdy ucinasz prowadnice pod nowszy typ rolety to druga osoba najlepiej jak ci odsuwa jakimś klinem prowadnice od tego czego nie chcesz ucinac czyli bodajże prowadnicy szklanej pokrywy. Wtedy ucinasz sobie zaznaczone milimetry multitoolem oscylacyjnym. Pamiętaj że po wymontowaniu rolety możesz suwać prowadnicę rolety przód tył tak aby znaleźć wygodne miejsce do cięcia.

If your damaged roller is like from ali than it is easier replacement-no cutting. I think 2012 is most difficult upgrade. The roller sides is easy just pull up each side. The connection to guides you have a small clip that you pry out with screwdriver. First of course remove glass panel with somebody assisting and than rear side of rubber seal and upper cover of roller blind with 4 or 5 tooth that you pry up with screw driver and slide forward. (See video of the guys removing it in next comment). I think that the biggest success depends from sliding properly the spring parts to the old guide rails and having the guide rails properly lubricated with silicone lube.

Też sprzedałem dwa tygodnie temu. Trochę w innej odsłonie bo już był na turbo 0.8bar i nawet jechał lepiej od is300 mk1/ is250 mk2 na pewno ;) też będę tęsknić ale czas na coś mocniejszego w serii i nie pompować tyle w tuningi. Pozdrawiam i gratuluje 350tki

Do 0.5 bara jezdzilem bez deta na fcd z regulatorem paliwa lekko podkreconym żeby nie bylo ubogo. Ale dopiero na decie jest wykorzystany prawdziwy potencjał z tych tuningowych zmian. Polecam skontaktować się z TPC Top Performance Crew i ogarnąć strojenie kompresora i koło 155mm do tego. Powrót paliwa nie jest konieczny ale dużo pomaga przy strojeniu. Wtryskiwacze przy 0.5 bara wystarczą zielone z silnika 1.8vvti

@@MrCopRobo Kurcze deta już bym dawno zmawiał jakbym nie miał gazu wpiętego, a cholera wie czy z gazem mi się to nie będzie gryźć. Myślałem o kontakcie z TPC ale jestem raczej typem osoby która do póki ma wystarczające narzędzia, to woli tygodniami się przemęczyć i się nauczyć czegoś nowego, niż oddać na tydzień auto do kogoś i cieszyć się gotowym. Długo jeździłeś z samym fcd na kole 155? Ja się bałem, że na kole 145mm może mi dziure w bloku wyjebać, a co dopiero na 155 XD. Ten eaton pochodzi trochę na takim kole czy po roku łożyska do wymiany? xD

@@sebazjeba525 pochodzi ja jezdzilem na 165mm pol roku (wieksze sie nie zmiesci) ale moj cos mial problem z nadmuchaniem wiecej niz 0.55 bara. Masz wskaźnik boostu? Wieksze wtryski? Obserwuj i kombinuj.

Warto przy 165mm i wiekszych wtryskach przejechac sie do kogoś kto sprawdzi ci sondą AFR na różnych przyspieszeniach , stalej jezdzie po autostradzie itd. Jeśli będzie 11-12 afr to nie ma się czego bać ale żeby nie było to 14-15 i więcej bo może tłok spłynąć

@@MrCopRobo Nie no narazie to kulam się na 135 i się edukuję w temacie, później zacznę skupywać graty na modowanie w przyszłym sezonie. Wskaźnik boostu siądzie na pewno przy takim doładowaniu, wtryski i fpr też mam już zaplanowane. Narazie to się skupiam na researchu przy jakich doładowaniach ten silnik klęka na samym fcd i nie modowanym silniku. Bo wiadomo jeden był już który 320 koni wyciągnął, ale ten był na turbo i po dekompresji, a to spora różnica względem kompresora który ładuje już od dołu, a w dolnym zakresie najbardziej ten silnik nie lubi momentu. Jak się okaże że fcd i koło 150 to realne ryzyko to się targnę na tego deta i pomoc TPC. Wyjaśniłbyś dokładniej jaka różnica była po wystrojeniu na decie względem fcd? Stabilniejsze afr, większa moc?

@@MrCopRobo fault codes refer to 1-3 cylinder misfiring :( but the throttle body keeps to vibrating... I'm desperate

@@questaebenzinah2600 throttle body will be vibrating if you have misfiring. What is your exhaust manifold? If it is original setup most likely lambda sensor bank 1 is fcked up

@@questaebenzinah2600 have a look also on live stream from obd2 and check if short term corrections for fuel are not higher than +-20%.

It was with backbox exhaust and kn filter mounted in oem filter case. Thats it. Kompressor was one year later. But no videos added really. This year gonna be with turbo td04

@@MrCopRobo Hi, are you still stattisfied with single mass flywheel on supercharged engine? No vibration or increased noise related to replaced flywheel? I assume that engine will rev more freely with superscharged combo and also shift time will be decreased because of better rev match in case driver is skilled right?

i would guess it never gets under 15
