Did a bunch of little kids make this ringtone? Those are the only people I know who would bang on pots and pans and call that a ringtone.
I was a toddler in 2016. reminds me of my early days when I was very little. It's like playground music.

My grandma had this ringtone until 2019. She had the lg g5 when I was 3, and since I was a toddler, I didn't understand why ringtones existed or what there purpose was. So My 3 year old mind would always think "Grandma, stop the music!" and I would scream every time her phone went off. After 3 years of that, she used another stock guitar ringtone called sunshine. I was 6. I was totally fine with that one. She broke that phonen in 2022. She now has a galaxy s22.
