Dr. Jason Potocki is an incredible surgeon. He has so much experience and a great bed-side manner. He speaks to patients in a very calm and understanding way and makes sure all your questions get answered.
What about the lateral approach?
If you are having recurring shin splints, I would encourage you to incorporate tibealis raises into your regime. It will probably seem like a weird exercise to do, but I think you will find enormous benefits to it. In general the ATG bodyweight exercises on the lower body can do wonders for runners.
