Onurcan Cagatay was born in Ankara on 10th Febuary 1987. He started his education in Mersin İleri Middle School and between the years 2001-2002 and he was accepted to Mersin University State Conservatory trumpet section. In the year 2003 he continiued his work with Erden Bilgen, the soloist of state. Cagatay made his transsion to Eskisehir Anadolu University State Conservatory trompet section and in 2010 june he was graduated as an honour student from Erden Bilgen’s class.
