Dan had a good reason for going for it on the 4th down in the 3rd qtr. It had to do with clock management. If they had punted, the Packers could have used up a huge portion of the time in the 4th. As it was the Packers took over and scored in about 2 minutes. As a result, the Lions had 2 possessions in the 4th, and the Packers only had one. The lions had 3 minutes to set up that winning FG. Dan isn't the one that refuses to learn. It's people judging him that refuse to learn, he knows what he's doing. do you really think he went for it on that last drive to get closer? he did it to run the clock down and not give the ball back, he did it to win.

Why draft a project when you can load up on offense? Imagine they drafted MHJ? Pay JJ. Role with Darnold and draft a QB in the later rounds. If they ran MHJ, JJ, Addison and Hock… with Aaron Jones. That would be absolutely filthy. Seriously. Every year there are always these QB’s that are “Phenomenal” that are mediocre at best. Why not draft the auto pilot W in MHJ? Look at what Dallas did with CeeDee. Lock in the talent this year and trade up next year if you want. Vikings have McCown. He played with Darnold and knows he can play. They paid him 10mil. Load up. Don’t draft a QB in the first round.

There are NO prospects. #4 Arizona maybe but the will want a MINT to give up Marvin Harrison (to give up their Justin Jefferson) So I doubt a trade will NOT happen within the first 4.
