This guy is clearly very, very biased against *anything* south of the river because how is that first property in SE1 'quite far from the centre' (it's not, it's very much central London as anyone can see from the map) but the property much further out in E14 is fine because it 'has good transport links' on the ... DLR.

Is it just me, or do some photos used on rightmove and spareroom seem really distorted, almost as if they used a hidden camera to take them? This fear always makes me scared to go to viewings. I remember seeing a video years ago about hotel and air bnb owners put nanny cameras in light switches, plug outlets, clocks etc. My question to you being How do you differentiate between real genuine ads, and false, possibly dangerous ones? Maybe I’m just being paranoid but it’s rather frightening😂

Doing my MSc at UCL rn need to nail 2 final Assessments and unfortunately resit and I could use a 90. Barely failing an assessment worth half the module gave me that wake up. Ik 48 isn’t terrible and I can do papers better’s than presentation,know what issues professors have had in my last papers (prob is some are much more knitpicker and wanting you to do something they’re more interested in. Plus I know where my biggest short coming in writing my graduate papers I got some time too

I tried out the Epidemic Sound free subscription. The standard of music is definitely higher than the free RUclips Audio Library, and the benefit is that it takes a lot less time to find a good track for your video. For me though, I don't think I'll continue my subscription after the free trial period. I can't really justify the cost when I'm getting like 10 views per video.
