The state of the world is now that the bullies still do not want to talk. They just want to rule and are not happy with equality or y or multipolarity . . They have no trouble pillaging and killing. Lawful and orderly means obeying laws … eg not genocide and occupation, and they have to respect international law. The bullies do not want that especially when they don’t care that Ukrainians are dying or Lebanese or Palestinians are dying. Hell they don’t care if their own American citizens are killed as long as it isn’t their own son or daughter.
